2. Return Form: Upon verification of the issue, we will send you a Return Form. This form must be completed and returned to us to proceed with the return.

3. Product Information and Photos: We require clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging. Please ensure the photos clearly show the condition of the item and any visible damage. This is essential for processing your return.

4. Condition of the Product: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used, opened, or altered in any way.

3. Return Shipping

• Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind or preference), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

• Packaging: Please ensure the product is securely packaged when returning it. We are not responsible for products damaged during the return shipping process if not properly packed.
