Condition of the Product: The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the product has been used, opened, or altered in any way.
3. Return Shipping

Return Shipping Costs: In the case of a defective or damaged product, we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind or preference), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
